PAYMENTS

Payment Methods Accepted

Card, Paypal, Zelle (216-773-8492) or Cash

(Cash Preferred)

Card payments of $2.50 are charged for services under $150

Over $150 $5.00 card charge

Over $500 $10 -12$ charge.

ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A $25 DEPOSIT.

LATE POLICY

You are allowed 15 min grace period after 15 min late $10 LATE FEE after 30 min late appointment CANCELLED and NO REFUND for deposit.

CANCELLATION 

​All appointments cancelled 24 hours before appointment receive FULL REFUND allow 3-5 days

GUEST

If you are dropping or picking up guests from appt, please pick them up asap after service is completed
(I normally text when almost finished) or There will be a FEE (I should not have to wait 30-40 min for you to pick up a client from an appt I don’t mind if the shop is open and they can wait alone if other stylists are still in the building ) Be courteous of my timing :) I want to go home too!

Please make sure that you have selected a specific service under the add-on. If you don’t appointment will be CANCELLED. Incorrect booking messes up time slots and will not allow you to pay a deposit. IF YOU HAVE NOT PAID A DEPOSIT. YOU HAVE BOOKED INCORRECTLY. ALL SERVICES REQUIRE A DEPOSIT.

All COLOR services for REAL HAIR must have in person consultation then you will be quoted a price and appointment will be booked in personally by me.

But if you are sick stay home, and if you are showing severe signs of illness I will cancel appt with no REFUND. PLEASE BE COURTEOUS :)

If hair isn’t healthy I will not do color on your hair I recommend at least 2 Hair rejuvenation package before considering getting color.

Wig/Lace Services must be dropped off 2-3 DAYS BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT to customize lace or there will be a $25 SAME DAY CUSTOMIZATION FEE this process takes time & I don't like rush jobs. Sunday’s and Mondays are not included in drop off dates unless you’ve texted me and I agree to meet you but I do not work these days no guarantee.

ALL INSTOCK WIGS HALF DOWN 7 day hold
All custom wig orders allow 10-14 days to be made. Once deposit is made you have 24 hrs to cancel and recieve full payment back. NO REFUNDS after 24hours. Order begins being processed after 24hours.
